Precautions	1.Business hours（Weekday：9:30～18:30/ Weekend&Holiday：9:30～17:00） 2.The passenger who over 60 years old need the Physician medical certificate. Please understand it. 3.At the time of your application, please inform the customer's mobile number, age, height, weight, foot size, degrees with mask, hotel`s name. 4.Circulatory system, respiratory system disease, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnant, epilepsy, diabetes, liver failure, hangover, who is like drinking all day, does not offer participation. In addition,due to the health condition of the day, we may not be able to join us. 5.Cannot take the flight after scuba diving. 6.There are no pick-up service. Please go to the meeting place by yourself. 7.It is possible to prepare the water glasses with degree lens for customer. If you need, please let us know at the time of booking. We recommend to use the disposable contact. 8.We can accept the foreign who can understand japanese. 9.Under 20 years old, the passenger need a signature of the guardian to consent. 10.If you want to addition tank, you have to pay ￥5,000(one tank). For the Fun diving, there are diving equipment for rent （￥4,000）, if you need it please let us know. 11.On the swimsuit wear, bath towel, sunscreen, shoes, please bring by yourself. After the tour, there are shower room in the shop. 12.The tour may be canceled because of bad weather or sea condition. 13.Before boarding, please read carefully our safety instruction.
Cancellation policy	If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.
