It is recommend you in winter. December through April is the prime Humpback Whale`s migration period. Each year, these whales come to the warm waters off of Okinawa`s Zamami Island to breed and feed, before they continue on their journey. Our tours offer a fun and educational encounters with these magnificent creatures. The whale is 15m in length and weigh is 30t. Please enjoy a variety of actions and the ecology of whales.

Time required	Approximately3hours The maximum 3 hours. ※Depends on the time that we found the whales. If we find the whale early, we will back to port earlier.

Pick-up guide	If you join the tour depart from Naha, there is free pick-up service(only Naha city`s hotel) from your hotel. If you need the pick-up service, please let us know when you make a reservation.

Precautions	※Passengers have to pay the facility usage fee ￥100 per person(adult)(cash only). Please understand it. ※If you drive by yourself to the Naha meeting place, the parking fee is ￥500 a day. 1. There are pick-up service from your hotel(only Naha city`s hotel) if you join the tour that depart from Naha. If you need the pick-up service, please let us know when you make a reservation. We will let you know the pick-up time the day before you join the tour. We will pick another customers up from other hotels, so the pick-up time will be earlier or take a long time to another hotels. We recommend that go to the port by yourself if you have a car. 2. Depends on the observe situation of whales, the time to back to port will have a little bit different. 3. During winter season, sometimes the waves are rough and high around Okinawa. We may refuse a pregnant woman or the customer with infants to board depends on sea conditions. 4. The whales are nature kind、and we might be not seeing. In such a case, you can get the refund. (Except 23 December～31 January/1 April～8 April) Or Try again.(until 8th April 2018) In addition, if one of those conditions are confirmed, we think the tour is conclude. Please see the following ●If we see the whale blowing even in long distance. ●If some of the customers are observe the whale. 5. There are probability to cancel the tour or change the depart time because of the weather. Please understand it. 6. If the weather is bad, or if there are high waves, then the tour will be canceled. If it is canceled, we will contact you on the day before or the day of, and either do it on a different day or refund you. With the refunds, we refund the customer through a bank transfer, but if the tour is canceled because of the weather, any bank transfer fees will be the customer’s responsibility. Please understand this in advance. 7. Please prepare the warm and waterproof goods by yourself. 9. If you worry about sea sick, please take medicine to prevent motion sickness before boarding. 10. Please wear the life jacket during the tour. 11. Before you make a reservation, please read the travel conditions statement. 12. Before boarding, please read carefully our safety instruction.
Cancellation policy	If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees.
