Precautions

Precautions	In the Hatenohama, there are no building besides the portable toilet. There are also no changing room, so if you want to have a sea-bathing, please come swim suit on. According to the tide or the whether, the tour can be changed or canceled. When we cannot contact to the customer the day before the tour, it considered as no-show. The tour time may not be enough according to the condition of the sea.
Cancellation policy	If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.
