“WAYN-ZEN Spiritual Health resort” in Onna Village, is a mind and body purifying and healing facility, with several program experiences such as traditional Zen, yoga, Zazen meditation, Zen tea, and healthy food.

This set plan includes and adaptable meditation activity, suitable for experienced guests and beginners and a healthy lunch, and it lasts 3 hours approximately.

You can fully enjoy the Okinawan seasonal vegetables during the lunch as well as a seasonal medicinal soup, perfect for healing and purifying your body.

Meditate on the scenic spot on top of a hill with views to the Okinawan sea.

A full-fledged mental and physical healing experience in the calm space of a large Ryukyu tatami mat.

By studying and practicing breathing techniques that reach deep into the body you will be able to enter a deep meditation state.
